Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery.

UK Shipping

  • Standard (2–4 business days): £3.95

  • Express (1–2 business days): £5.95

Europe

  • Tracked Shipping (5–7 business days): £9.95

  • Free shipping on orders over £75

Rest of World

    • Tracked Shipping (7–10 business days): £14.95

    • Free shipping on orders over £100

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Flock + Raider is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages
Flock + Raider is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
